Where should I start?

Use Career Bridge to create an Application Workspace, connect Application Materials and your Career Profile, prepare evidence-backed answers, run a Mock Interview, then review the transcript, Interview Scorecard, Career Action Plan, and Impact & Progress.

What is included in interview preparation?

Application Materials stores the resume, job posting, company notes, and recruiter messages for one target position. Career Profile stores professional background, accomplishments, preferences, and constraints. Career Evidence Library searches verified projects, achievements, and experience.

How do I finish or discard a mock interview?

Finish each recorded answer, complete the selected number of questions, then choose Generate interview review. Use the × button during a session to discard it without creating a review.

How are adaptive questions selected?

Réunia evaluates each transcribed answer for relevance, specificity, evidence, structure, and credibility. It challenges vague or unsupported claims; otherwise it asks a deeper follow-up or moves to another important competency.

Does Réunia answer questions during a real interview?

Live Interview Assistance is restricted to administrators and approved groups. Standard accounts use interview preparation, browser-based mock interviews, and post-practice coaching.

Where do I find mock-interview results?

Open Interview Review and select a saved practice session. Use Summary, Interview Scorecard, Transcript, or Ask about this interview. Sharing controls can create a read-only link with optional expiration, password, transcript, scorecard, and download access.

How do I find open or completed actions?

Open Career Action Plan. The default view shows open actions. Use Open, Generated, All, or Closed and refine the list by application, source, due date, priority, status, or search.

What does Impact & Progress show?

Impact & Progress counts evidence-backed career translation, unsupported claims prevented, relevant experience recovered, resume alignment improvement, mock-interview score changes, improved weak answers, and completed application actions.

Should I use Interview Review or Career Evidence Library?

Use Interview Review for one selected mock interview. Use Career Evidence Library when you need verified examples, achievements, application materials, or evidence from earlier practice sessions.

What should I include in a problem report?

Include the feature or page, what you clicked, what happened, what you expected, and the application workspace or approximate practice time when relevant. Add a screenshot only when it is safe to share.

What may I record and share?

Use recording for authorized mock-interview practice. Follow applicable consent laws and data-handling rules, and review sensitive content before sharing an Interview Review.
