Connect the target role
Create an Application Workspace with the job posting, resume, company notes, recruiter messages, and selected career evidence.
Open Application Builder →A practical guide to building applications, preparing interviews, practicing answers, and improving over time.
Add the target job, resume, and the materials you already have. You can refine the workspace as the application progresses.
Search for a workspace, feature, or problem.
The job application is the central workspace. Preparation, practice, review, and follow-up all remain connected to it.
Create an Application Workspace with the job posting, resume, company notes, recruiter messages, and selected career evidence.
Open Application Builder →Use verified evidence to prepare likely questions, then record a browser-based mock interview.
Open Interview Preparation →Review the transcript and Interview Scorecard, create improvement actions, and monitor progress across applications.
Open Interview Review →Keep reusable candidate information separate from application-specific materials.
Store professional background, accomplishments, preferences, constraints, and reusable answer guidance.
Open Career Profile →Create one workspace for each target position so resume work, interview preparation, practice, and follow-up do not become mixed.
Open Application Builder →Store the source resume, target job description, company notes, recruiter messages, and application-only files.
Manage Application Materials →Upload verified projects, achievements, metrics, work samples, and experience that can support multiple applications.
Open Career Evidence Library →Use AI to organize evidence and practice—not to provide hidden answers during a real employer interview.
Research the company and role, identify likely questions, and retrieve verified evidence for concise answer planning.
Open Interview Preparation →Choose an interview format and question count. The AI interviewer records and transcribes each answer, evaluates its evidence, challenges vague claims, and asks an adaptive follow-up.
Open Mock Interview →Live Interview Assistance is hidden from standard accounts and available only to administrators or approved groups. Access is enforced by the server.
The Windows Desktop Recorder is excluded from the Career Bridge MVP. The supported practice path is the browser Adaptive Mock Interview.
Review one mock interview in detail, then track improvement across the full application portfolio.
Review the transcript, answer analysis, strengths, improvement areas, and coaching for one mock interview.
Open Interview Review →Evaluate answer relevance, supporting evidence, structure, clarity, and delivery.
Track resume changes, practice needs, applications, recruiter follow-ups, priorities, due dates, and completion.
Open Career Action Plan →Review measurable social outcomes, resume alignment gains, mock-interview improvement, and completed actions.
Open Impact & Progress →Most users can keep the defaults and change these options only when needed.
Choose whether to generate summaries, improvement actions, and scorecards for new mock interviews.
Configure retention and the defaults used when sharing an interview review.
Update your account profile from the account menu or contact support with a question or problem report.
Open Help & Support →Open a question for the most likely solution.
Use a current desktop version of Chrome or Edge, allow microphone access when prompted, and confirm that another application is not already using the microphone.
Complete the selected number of questions, choose Generate interview review, and keep the page open until the review-ready confirmation appears. A discarded session is not added to Interview Review.
Confirm that the evidence was uploaded, the correct application workspace is selected, and the search scope includes the intended source. Try a shorter, more specific question.
Adaptive Mock Interview reviews automatically grade the candidate answers rather than the AI interviewer prompts. Contact support if a review appears to analyze the wrong speaker.
Clear Career Action Plan filters and check the Closed view. Owner, application, due date, priority, status, and search filters can change what is displayed.
Record only mock-interview sessions or other conversations you are authorized to capture. Review sensitive transcript content before creating a share link.
Include the application workspace or feature, what you were trying to do, and what happened.
